Allison Woodley-Tyehimba is the founder and principal accessibility advisor of Thornton Consulting Firm, a boutique advisory practice focused on ADA compliance strategy, accessibility governance, and digital risk reduction.

With more than 20 years of enterprise software quality leadership and over seven years specializing in web accessibility, Allison helps organizations move beyond checklist compliance and build sustainable accessibility frameworks aligned with WCAG 2.2 and Section 508 standards.

Her work centers on helping leadership teams understand accessibility not just as a technical requirement but as a strategic, legal, and reputational responsibility.
